A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Data: If you sign in via Apple, Google, or email — name, email address, user ID
- Customer Support: Email, username, and message content when you contact us
- User Content: Custom puzzle designs or profile pictures you upload, if applicable
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Gameplay Data: Levels played, scores, hints used, achievements, in-app purchases, game progress
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, language, time zone, country, advertising ID (IDFA/AAID), IP address
- Analytics Data: Session duration, crash logs, feature usage, install source. We use Google Firebase Analytics and Unity Analytics
- Performance Data: App launches, loading times, errors to improve stability
C. Information from Third Parties
- App Stores: Transaction history from Google Play / Apple if you make purchases
- Ad Networks: AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network may collect advertising IDs to serve ads (see Section 5)
- Social Login: If you use Facebook / Google login, we receive your public profile per their policies
D. We Do NOT Collect
Precise GPS location, contact lists, photos, microphone, camera, or biometric data unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide the Service: Save progress, sync across devices, restore purchases
- Improve & Develop: Fix bugs, balance puzzle difficulty, create new levels
- Personalize: Remember settings, recommend levels
- Monetization: Process in-app purchases, serve contextual or personalized ads
- Communicate: Send game updates, respond to support tickets (opt-out available)
- Security: Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse of the Service
Legal Basis for EU/UK Users (GDPR): Performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent for ads, and legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

5. Advertising & Tracking
This Game uses ads to remain free. Ad partners may use your Advertising ID to show personalized ads.
Your Choices
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Toggle off for this app. Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization
- In-App: Settings → Privacy → Toggle “Limit Ad Tracking” if available
For Apple’s App Tracking Transparency, we will request permission before tracking you across apps/websites.
6. Children’s Privacy – COPPA & App Store Compliance
Our Game is rated 4+ on Apple and Everyone on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 in the EU/UK without parental consent.
If we learn a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately. Parents can contact contact@singhgames.com to review or delete their child’s data.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain gameplay data while your account is active. If you delete the app and don’t reinstall for 24 months, we may delete your data.
How to Delete Your Data
- In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Email: contact@singhgames.com with subject “Delete My Data”
We will erase data within 30 days, except data we must keep for legal/tax reasons.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you have rights to:
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Correction: Fix inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request erasure of your data
- Opt-Out: Opt out of sale/sharing under CCPA/CPRA via contact@singhgames.com
- Portability: Receive your data in machine-readable format
EU/UK Users: Contact us at contact@singhgames.com for GDPR requests. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California Users: We do not “sell” data as defined by CCPA. We “share” data for ads. To opt out, email contact@singhgames.com with subject “CCPA Opt-Out”.
9. International Data Transfers
We operate globally. Data may be transferred to the U.S. and other countries. For EU/UK data, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions to protect your data.
10. Data Security
We use encryption, access controls, and secure servers to protect data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use the Game at your own risk.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via in-app message or email. The “Effective Date” above will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
